Revolabs Eases On-site Buying with Help from Indix
Once customers come to your site and see your product, they have a decision to make: buy it, or move on. Naturally, everyone wants visitors to do the latter, but it’s not always easy.
Now Revolabs, the premier provider of audio solutions for unified communications, enterprise collaboration, and professional audio applications across a wide range of markets, has taken a giant step in the right direction by joining forces with Indix, the cloud-based product intelligence company that provides analytics and insights for brands, retailers and commerce enablers.
It was just announced that Revolabs has placed the Indix-powered “buy” buttons on its site to provide updated pricing data and direct links to selected partner sites, improving channel sales volume, site traffic and relationships.
“We chose this integration to demonstrate our commitment to our partner program members. This solution strengthens how we connect partners with end users to develop great unified communications solutions,” said Randall Lee, director of strategic and channel marketing at Revolabs. “With the Indix-powered ‘buy’ buttons, we are improving the customer experience on our website and providing another tool to drive revenue through our channel.”
The move makes sense. With the Indix API supplying product data to the customized buy buttons on the Revolabs site, potential customers can research products, such as microphones and conference phones, and quickly jump to partner sites to complete their purchase with the click of a button. In addition, Indix collects product-pricing data that is displayed for each partner in the buy button, enabling customers to select the partner that best meets their needs.
The buy button feature empowers organizations to build applications such as curated e-commerce storefronts, customized product search and personalized product catalogs that help drive intelligent product marketing and sales growth.
“Our product intelligence API provides organizations like Revolabs with the competitive equalizer,” said Indix CEO Sanjay Parthasarathy, “powering applications such as buy buttons that protect and foster the channel relationships that are the lifeblood of their business.”
