Arkadin to Expand Operations in Poland with its Conferencing and Collaboration Services

Arkadin (News - Alert) recently announced that it will be further enhancing its operations in Poland by providing customers with its audio and Web collaboration services offering. To function within the highly challenging economic environment, businesses in the region need to have robust conferencing and collaboration communications technologies. This can help in reducing business travel which in turn can bring down costs and cut down carbon outlays.

In a statement, Remy Prouvost, Arkadin's VP of CEMEA, said that, "After a year in the region, we're very pleased with the strong performance and long-term outlook. Our complete range of audio and web collaboration solutions, coupled with our local service offering, equips businesses to succeed in a 24/7 business environment where sharing and collaboration are key drivers for success."

Frost & Sullivan (News - Alert), in its European Audio Conferencing Services Market report (April 2011), reveals that audio conferencing in CEE is set to go up by 26.9 percent through 2016.  Furthermore, in its European Web Conferencing Services Market report (Oct. 2010), Frost & Sullivan indicated that revenue growth for Web conferencing within the region will nearly triple by 2015.

Mr. Prouvost said that, "Our business was founded on the principle that no one understands local customer needs better than support teams that live in the same country and speak the language. We are the most global and local of service providers. This is an advantage for businesses that need global-scale deployments with the personalized attention of a local provider who understands the cultural influences."

Arkadin's suite of audio and Web conferencing services include the Arkadin Anytime, which is an easy to use and cost-effective reservation-less audio conferencing service designed for up to 100 participants; Arkadin Anywhere, which is a secure web conferencing service designed with an intuitive interface and desktop sharing capability; Cisco (News - Alert) WebEx provided by Arkadin, which is a full featured audio and Web conferencing solution ideal for strategic collaboration for enterprise customers; Arkadin Event, a pre-packaged and customized audio and Web conferencing solution designed for high-profile events that need multi-media content; and Arkadin Express an instant audio and Web conferencing solution designed for up to 50 people.
