ACT Conferencing Launches New Website

Lakewood, Colorado-based ACT Conferencing has launched a new, enhanced website that aims to address the changing needs of its customers.

Gary Iles, vice president of sales and marketing at ACT Conferencing, said Carbon8 was chosen as the company’s interactive agency for this project because they bring the right combination of B2B expertise and a firm understanding of the business, in addition to solid programming skills and proven knowledge of website application.

This allowed them to create an online experience that helps visitors quickly source effective solutions for their current needs through content, tools, resources and product information, Iles said.

Website visitors will now find it easier to learn about innovative ways to use ACT services to save money and become more productive.

The new site reflects the ongoing innovations designed to meet the needs of a dynamic market and evolving customer needs. The overall design reflects the company’s priority to deliver efficient, intuitive tools.

Moreover, the site now offers improved user experience with clear navigation and product comparisons, and the content has also been updated to help businesses and industries.

ACT is a company that has innovated in a big way over the last few years, but the previous site didn’t reflect how the company had changed for its customers, according to Mark Mitton, president of Carbon8. “We wanted to give them an online home where visitors would experience the new ACT and all the company has to offer today,” he said.

ACT Conferencing is a global provider of corporate audio conferencing, Web conferencing and video conferencing services. The company’s integrated platforms provide managed, international and local-language services.

Earlier in June, ACT selected Ethical Advocate to provide state-of the-art incident reporting mechanisms, while allowing its employees and other system users maximum anonymity.
