Avotus' UC Presentation Set for ITEXPO This Week
With Unified Communications already in the running as “buzz-phrase” of the year, Avotus Corp. – an award-winning provider of Intelligent Communications Management solutions – is well placed to draw some positive attention to its efforts in that area at this week’s ITEXPO in Florida.
Besides having a prominent presence at the Expo, Avotus CEO James Martino will speak at the event, giving a presentation titled, “Controlling the Unknown: Unified Communications Deployment Risks and Mitigation.” His talk is scheduled for Tuesday, January 26 at 12:30 p.m. in Room 222 at the Greater Ft. Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center.
“I am looking forward to sharing my experience in UC strategy development during ITEXPO,” Martino said in a statement. “Comprehensive visibility and actionable insights regarding misuse, abuse and the sharing of intellectual property are integral to a successful long-term UC strategy.”
Martino’s talk follows a recent interview he did with TMC, where he expounded on his company’s expertise in unified communications, and what Avotus is doing to help spread the word.
“Technology improvements have led to huge growth in productivity, which helps businesses,” Martino said in the Q&A. “On the other hand, Avotus’ whitepaper on Mitigating the Risks associated with UC deployments analyzes in detail the four major risks to the corporation associated with deployments, which are not mitigated with an enhanced usage reporting platform. I’ll be speaking about this on Tuesday at the show.”
Martino’s presentation comes in the wake of a year that has been a productive one for Avotus, as the company enhanced a number of services, and introduced a variety of new products as well. Most recently, Avotus announced the launch of its pioneering IT Asset Management (ITAM) Robot solution, which builds and monitors telecom and IT asset inventory. The company also announced a partnership with TrustSphere, a recognized market leader in relationship analytics. The partnership was formed to create a joint platform that combines Avotus’ big data capture capabilities with TrustSphere’s advanced social network analytics technology to form a market-leading “relationship analytics platform” that extends beyond email and throughout the full Unified Communications (UC) platform.
Martino and other representatives from Avotus will be meeting with partners throughout the event. Some times are still available to schedule a meeting by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
