Speakeasy Adds New in-call Engagement Features to Enhance Conferencing Experience

September 16, 2015

The smartphones we carry with us today have gone beyond communication, and they have become an all-in-one solution that brings together our personal and work lives seamlessly in one device. In the work ecosystem, mobile devices are now responsible for fostering a collaborative environment in which employees can come together no matter where they are. This requires having the right conferencing solution to make it possible for sharing ideas, collaborating and bringing content together while making it available for everyone involved.

Speakeasy, a company specializing in delivering conferencing solutions anywhere, announced the availability of new in-call engagement features along with seamless integration to customer relationship management (CRM) systems for sales professionals. By making these options available, the company now makes it possible to extend the value of conference calls across the enterprise.

According to the company, its goal is to have a platform in which people can share anything and keep a thread of the complete collaborative experience before, during and after their interaction. Virtual meetings will now have the same engaging experience as in-person get-togethers because everything can be introduced.

Speakeasy has added in-call notes, tasks, presentation sharing, meeting sentiment and caller profiles to give mobile driven communications users a more shared experience.

The conference calling app and Web client has a simple-to-use PIN-less interface. The sales specific platform allows users to bring CRM data of their customers into the conference call. Sales professionals will now have access to notes, documents and files that have been shared instantly. This means no more siloed conference call experiences that limited how much information could be introduced to the meeting without long pauses or even postponements.

“Voice is the richest medium of communication, yet conference calls are incredibly under-utilized assets for companies today,” says Reza Mohsin, company’s Co-Founder and CEO. “With our Sales offering, sales teams and their customers will have smarter, more productive conversations that build deeper, more meaningful relationships while working in exactly the way that they want to work.”

With these new features, Speakeasy gives all stakeholders a shared experience that will translate to greater productivity and efficient use of company resources.
