LoopUp Signs On for Voxbone's Newest Conferencing Service
Voxbone has long been considered one of the best conferencing providers in the country and it appears the firm is getting even stronger. Last week, the company announced that it saw a 12 percent increase in conferencing provider customers. Voxbone also reported that it supported more than 43 percent more call volume (in minutes) compared to last year.
These numbers show that Voxbone is clearly working quite well when it comes to gaining traction in fields such as WebRTC and SIP. In fact, one of the most popular platforms Voxbone currently offers is its WebRTC-to-SIP service. This allows providers to implement a click-to-join feature set that pulls off a number of functions without needing complex software development. Voxbone believes that this particular offering will mean continued growth in the segment.
Pair this with industry analysis that says there will be a growth of more than $1 billion by the end of 2017. LoopUp is one company that certainly understands and agrees with Voxbone, considering the firm just agreed to integrate the Voxbone services into its day-to-day operations. LoopUp is a firm that allows for a stress-free conference calling environment that allows its customers the ability to create an invite, join a call and share content in just a few simple clicks.
LoopUp execs say they saw the advantages of Voxbone’s DID numbers and decided to trial the firm’s new WebRTC-to-SIP.
“We selected Voxbone because they deliver the high quality service our customers expect, which goes hand-in-hand with our mission to bring less painful, more productive conferencing experiences to organizations,” Steve Flavell, the Co-CEO of LoopUp said in a recent statement. Both LoopUp and Voxbone are aware that the conferencing community is only growing and the firms are working hard in order to adjust to that growth and offer solutions that new customers will believe they cannot do without.
