Soglowek, Israel's premier producer of food products, recently opted for SURF's Orion enterprise video conferencing solution for company-wide use.

Surf Communications (News - Alert) Solutions is a major player in high-capacity processing solutions for real-time multimedia communication systems and applications. Its Orion solution will help connect employees in Soglowek's seven remote branches, and will thus allow easy interaction between conference rooms and employee remote desktops and devices.

Orion's video conferencing system reportedly offers both high-definition voice and video in a single platform. By reducing communications and travel costs, it helps increase productivity for any organization.

Orion-MCU offers a high quality-of-experience for all video conferencing participants in the company.

Quick to deploy and easy to use and maintain, the solution provides a headache-free, plug-and-play product, requiring no need for additional infrastructure or expenses – promising an almost immediate ROI.

In a statement, Rotem Ravé, SURF's VP of Sales & Business Development, explained, "We are happy to have the opportunity to work together with Soglowek and MessageNet, a distributor Orion, to bring our proven expertise in multimedia processing and conferencing services to this project."

"Our customers find great value in Orion-MCU's support for High Definition voice and video, as well as its content sharing capabilities. It improves connectivity between remote offices and traveling employees – who can join meetings and training sessions from any location, using any device."

In related TMC (News - Alert) news, Yealink, a provider of IP phones and IP communications solutions, recently teamed up with Surf Communications to promote video communications in enterprises and small and medium-sized businesses.
