Imago Group has collaborated with UCi2i to offer cloud based video conferencing managed services. The resellers of Imago will now be able to market video managed services irrespective of device, network or location. Video conferencing is gaining popularity across the globe with assistance of UCi2i services, which offer the capability to tackle the management, infrastructure and assistance required for the working of video. Similar to the rates of fixed mobile phones, UCi2i services also offer user-friendly, easy to purchase monthly subscription plans at a fixed rate.

Users can now outsource the administration of their video with 24x7, worldwide assistance and rich features like Virtual Meeting Rooms, Real-time Activity Reporting, call recording, content sharing and concierge services, thereby experiencing dependable, safe and high definition video communications.

In a statement, Ian Vickerage, managing director at Imago Group said, “Cloud VC represents the biggest growth area in our industry and UCi2i is positioned to dominate the managed services element of cloud VC with its range of services. For customers who want the reassurance of a traditional video conferencing platform, but don’t want the costs of infrastructure or hardware maintenance, UCi2i offers both bespoke and packaged solutions. This company enhances our existing Cloud VC offer and provides a valuable new weapon in our reseller partners’ armory.”

Imago’s proficiency and increasing supremacy of the cloud video conferencing market have been advantageously utilized by UCi2i. Imago’s portfolio is harmonized and assisted by services from UCi2i, offering an assortment of services best suited for both, current and new customers.

Off the shelf and adapted service plans, which eliminate investments in the latest infrastructure for the customer, are provided by UCi2i. The assistance, administration and technical proficiency needed to transform video into a reliable and daily communications tool are offered by both these plans.

Michael Grant, founder and Group Operations director at UCi2i said, “Our partnership with Imago is recognition of their commitment to customer value through indirect channels. Together our goal is to maximize the value customers derive from their existing investments in video conferencing as well as giving them the platform to mass deploy video; simply and cost effectively.”
