Arkadin Acquires Novasight

Arkadin, a global collaboration services provider, recently announced that it has completed the acquisition of Novasight, a company founded and managed by Philippe Decaesteke, specializing in video conferencing services. AXA Private Equity helped Arkadin with the acquisition.

Founded in 2001, Novasight performs on the market of means and services for long-distance collaboration. Dedicated to the B-to-B market of large and SMC companies, it owes its notoriety to the quality of its service, flexibility, availability and satisfaction of its customers. Its services include audio conferencing, video conferencing, telepresence and Web conferencing. The acquisition of Novasight will help Arkadin boost its development to UC, solutions which gather all the collaboration tools within a single interface.
