The Conference Group (News - Alert), an innovator of advanced HD video conferencing technology, has ceaselessly been striving to offer new and creative products and services to its customers to suit their evolving needs.

In response to customer demands, it released a new and much improved customer dashboard, which fine tunes the functioning of international or Web conference calls by providing easier access to admin functions, noted company officials.

"For months, our clients have been asking for this ability. We strive to offer new products and services specifically catered to the needs of our customers, and the new Admin Dashboard does exactly that," stated Chris LaCroce, sales department at the Conference Group.

The new and improved admin dashboard helps optimize the conferencing experience by allowing users to manage and control their conferencing accounts. The console also allows for multilevel admin accounts.

Users can also add features that allow them to create, delete or modify accounts, allows them to print, add or view conference cards, download conference recordings in MP3 format, view reports and even edit conference information.

In addition, they can also view conference history and control conference features. They have instant access to a suite of Web conferencing tools and the ability to add Web conferencing on any conference. Moreover, users will get to know who all are participating, estimated costs across multiple accounts and all other conference details.

Users must be logged in to be able to view information and modify details either from the user profile page or by using the menu on the dashboard. The dashboard is available in two views - basic and advanced.

The Conference Group recently completed a month-long giveaway to celebrate the launch of its new Group-e mobile conference app. During the giveaway, contestants could enter through a special contest page on The Conference Group website. No purchase was necessary for the contest, which allowed one entry per person each day. The grand prize, a $200 Amazon gift certificate, was given to an entry randomly selected from the whole pool.
