With an intention to address the changing needs of its customers, ACT Conferencing with the help from Carbon8, has launched new enhanced website that showcases company’s ongoing innovations designed to meet the needs of a dynamic market and evolving customer needs.

Gary Iles, vice president of Sales and Marketing for ACT Conferencing, said that Carbon8 was chosen as their interactive agency for this project because they bring the right combination of B2B expertise and a firm understanding of their business in addition to solid programming skills and proven knowledge of website utilization.

“This allowed them to create an online experience that helps visitors quickly source effective solutions for their current needs through content, tools, resources and product information. Our website visitors will now find it easier to learn about innovative ways to use ACT services to save money and become more productive,” added IIes.

Carbon8 has given a new look to the website with improved user experience, clear navigation and product comparisons. All of the content has been updated to better help businesses and industries achieve their best, unique solutions quickly and easily. The overall design reflects ACT’s priority to deliver efficient and effective tools that are intuitive.

“ACT is a company that has innovated in a big way over the last few years but the previous site didn’t reflect how the company had changed for its customers. We wanted to give them an online home where visitors would experience the new ACT and all the company has to offer today,” said Mark Mitton, president of Carbon8.

ACT’s integrated platforms provide managed, international and local-language services. The company is headquartered in Lakewood, Colorado, with operations in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Netherlands, Singapore and the UK.
