Tiziana Giardina Joins Rostrvm Solutions as Sales and Marketing Development Manager

Rostrvm Solutions, a provider of contract center software applications that make call centers and contact centers work efficiently and effectively, recently reported substantial growth for the FY-2011. The company’s turnover witnessed a growth of more than 10 percent with an equivalent increase in profitability.

To keep its growth record moving in the same direction, Rostrvm Solutions has appointed Tiziana Giardina as Sales and Marketing Development manager. Tiziana will be responsible for ensuring customers benefit and will also work closely with other team members. Rostrvm has recently moved into larger offices. Tiziana’s core responsibilities will include researching and reporting on external opportunities. To do so, the team will use telesales, questionnaires and the Internet. Tiziana's role will also enhance Rostrvm’s brand and help manage the marketing mix.

In a press release, Tiziana Giardina, said, “Rostrvm already has a strong brand and, together with Ken Reid, Marketing Director, and Peter Brown, Sales Director, I will be looking at ways to develop it. We'll ensure that both prospective and existing customers know about all the products and services that Rostrvm offers - and how best to achieve the results they need. Everything that we do will be customer-focused, starting with adding to our integrated sales and marketing strategy with some exciting new campaigns, which promote a number of fresh business projects.”

Tiziana comes with a significant experience in the IT industry. She has worked with Microsoft as a Partner Account manager, helping clients develop their CRM businesses. Tiziana was Business Partner Manager at Sage UK and she started out at Touchpaper (now part of LANDesk) in the Sales and Marketing department.

Peter Brown of Rostrvm said, "Tiziana has a strong track record of building solid relationships with customers and business partners. She brings energy and enthusiasm to help drive projects forward, whatever the contact centre challenge - inbound, outbound, desktop optimization or performance management."

Rostrvm Solutions, contact center solutions provider, was recently in news when the company moved into new premises. The company outgrew its previous offices and its new home gives it a great environment with impressive meeting, training and demonstration facilities.
