This solution allows users to access specialized features including recording and transcription services, Q&A support, and dedicated operator assistance to greet callers as they dial in.

Global Conferencing Solutions' WebEx teleconferencing partnership enables users to share documents and presentations, online content, and computer desktops across the Web. WebEx includes convenient features such as annotation tools, whiteboarding, and polling to foster an interactive environment for all participants.

Another company in this sector- Teleconference Canada- recently announced the launch of its new website featuring its audio and Web conferencing services.
