NextUC Enhances Web Conferencing Upgrade

More and more businesses are seeking ways to cut down unnecessary operation costs. Business travel is a major expense for a business's operating expenses for a period of time, like six months or a year. The web conferencing solution helps companies to reduce their numbers of travels and can make your travel more productive and meaningful.

NextUC announced the completion of an update of its web conferencing products that is ready to serve the customers in relative low cost as compared to other web conferencing solutions available in the market. According to a press release, the company has made changes to their cloud design that greatly enhanced an already strong web conferencing product suite. These changes have helped NextUC customers continue service at very low cost.

The big catch is that NextUC also provides telephone system replacement included in that cost.    The NextUC data center work has greatly enhanced the quality of video, the speed for screen resolutions and as with the rest of the products suite is sent with low prices and no long term obligations. With the service form NextUC, you don’t need prepaying for call usage which additionally enhances the value of the product. The combination of the enhancements and financial savings creates a very compelling story for NextUC's customers.

Web conferencing serves two purposes, cut spend on travel and make it easier to collaborate. The large providers are challenged because they are facing massive investments they need to protect and challenges are now delivering products that are as good or better and a whole lot cheaper. NextUC believes that web conferencing should be like any other technology or telecom service, it should be powerful, cheap and easy to use... and it should not tie customers to long term contractsNextUC has made collaboration easier. It only charges for its service. NextUC also provides Lync Enterprise PSTN calling, which is a telephone system replacement for that same cost. The combined service suite is an unparalleled value in the market.
