Arkadin (News - Alert), a global collaboration service provider, has rolled out a new feature rich all-in-one conferencing solution called Arkadin Oneplace.

Delivered “as a Service” solution, the new offering meets customers’ demands for advanced audio, Web and video collaboration solution. Since it is offered “as a Service,” it facilitates customers to do business better, faster and smarter as it allows for fast, scalable deployment with a low upfront investment.

As a global collaboration service provider offering a complete range of remote collaboration solutions from audio, web and video conferencing to Unified Communications (News - Alert) (UC), Arkadin delivers its business solutions using a SaaS model so that customers can benefit from fast, scalable deployments with a high ROI.

According to Arkadin, the new Arkadin Oneplace is based on the Adobe (News - Alert) Connect technology platform and integrates the company’s complete audio services into a unified audio, video and web conferencing solution.

Providing high resolution video conferencing with up to 100 simultaneous webcam displays, the new Arkadin Oneplace “all inclusive” solution delivers hybrid audio conferencing with IP and standard telephony in a single meeting room.

Officials with Arkadin said in a press release that the combination of Adobe's flash-based technology and the company’s new hybrid audio conferencing capabilities provide customers with easy to use, rich collaboration experience across multiple devices. The capability to connect over multiple mobility devices enables conferencing on the go, anywhere.

With this, customers will have an intuitive all-in-one unified collaboration offering for all their conferencing needs -- from small-group screen sharing to online trainings and larger, more complex interactive conferences, anywhere anytime. Consequently, customers will benefit from increased productivity, greater business continuity and cost savings from reductions in business travel.

Some of the other key features of the Arkadin Oneplace “all inclusive” solution include advanced web content sharing, customizable layouts and intuitive interface for recording, polling, Q&A; and efficient deployment capability via the company’s single dedicated account team, training academy and 24/7 live local-language assistance.

“With the introduction of Arkadin Oneplace, Arkadin significantly strengthens their services in a new area we describe as “personal web-based collaboration” which includes HD video, integrated audio, and presentation/data sharing,” said Marc Beattie, managing partner, Wainhouse (News - Alert) Research, in a press release. “The easy to use features, rich interactions and robust architecture will have strong appeal as businesses of all sizes increasingly demand unified conferencing solutions.”

“With Arkadin Oneplace we build on our promise of integrating the highest quality audio, web and video technologies, while meeting our customers' desire for a single solution to meet all their collaboration needs,” said Thomas Boudier, co-founder and CTO for Arkadin, in a statement. “Together with our unrivalled local service offering, we're confident it will result in a powerful value proposition and accelerate our strong global growth.”

In recent news, TMCnet had reported that Cisco (News - Alert) Jabber would be integrated within Arkadin's UC offerings.
