Fuze Broadens Channel Sales with Expansion of Global Partner Program

Fuze, the leading cloud-based communications platform provider for the modern global enterprise, today announced the expansion of its global partner program to include the option for select partners to resell its solution, a significant expansion from the previous referral model. The initiative, which forms an integral part of the company's international growth strategy, rewards partners who collaborate with Fuze and help extend the company's reach in key territories, including: North America; UK and Europe; Australia; New Zealand; and Africa. Fuze is also piloting professional services and support partner engagement models with additional program components to roll out in 2018.

As part of the expanded program, partners will be fully supported by Fuze at all stages of the sales process and will receive recurring commissions or discounts upon customer activation depending on the preferred engagement model. The flexible program terms allow partners to choose their own levels of involvement across the Fuze sales process, whether it is collaborating on customer acquisitions from start to finish, or simply offering an initial recommendation. Fuze also provides ongoing sales and technical support to partners as part of the expanded program.

Additional program benfits include:

  • Attractive commissions/discounts¬†for recurring and non-recurring fees
  • Sales certification program available through online training
  • Business planning leveraging proposal-based Market Development Funds (MDF)
  • Sales incentives and back-end rebates
  • Sales tools, including Not for Resale (NFR) and use of a network diagnostic tool

As partners become more successful with Fuze, the benefits increase as they move to higher tiers.

The new partner portal also offers partners a simplified deal registration process, allowing them to easily book deals and enhance visibility into their overall business with Fuze. Partners enjoy access to a broader content library, including campaigns, eBooks, and product and sales documentation, to effectively leverage the Fuze partnership.
