XinLab (Vuclip) acquires assets of Jigsee

(doing business as Vuclip), a US-based provider of mobile video search and delivery solutions, has acquired total assets of Jigsee, Inc., a Canada-based provider of application platform for content providers to set up and manage their own mobile video applications.
