PolicyPak Performs Desktop Lockdown for Windows Intune
Feb 11, 2013 (PRWeb.com via COMTEX) --
PolicyPak Software recently released a key integration with Windows Intune.
The integration for Windows Intune gives Windows administrators the capability to manage, change and configure 3rd party applications after they are deployed.
The integration utilizes Windows Intune to deploy PolicyPak directives - without the need for Group Policy.
Once PolicyPak directives are on the machine via Windows Intune, also prevents users are prevented from working around important application settings. PolicyPak ensures IT security settings even when the computer is offline. A video demonstration of the Intune integration can be found on the PolicyPak website.
IT Admins and network administrators who want to try out the PolicyPak software can get a free trial by attending a Group Policy Webinar at the PolicyPak Website, or by calling (800) 883-8002.
Microsoft MVP and founder of PolicyPak software, Jeremy Moskowitz recently said, "The point is that admins can deliver PolicyPak directives with the power of Windows Intune. Once delivered, end-users are locked down from working around IT changes."
PolicyPak can also deliver settings using Microsoft Active Directory Group Policy, Microsoft SCCM, Dell KACE, and other management tools.
