Mogreet's Serena Ehrlich Named One of Mobile Marketer's "Mobile Women to Watch 2013"

LOS ANGELES --(Business Wire)--

Mogreet, the premier multimedia-based mobile marketing platform with an emphasis on rich media text messaging, today announced that Director of Marketing Serena Ehrlich has been named one of Mobile Marketer's "Mobile Women to Watch 2013." The annual list honors 25 women set to make a difference in mobile advertising, marketing, media and commerce in the coming year.

"I am deeply honored to receive this nomination," said Ehrlich. "Having recently transitioned from the social media world, it is rewarding to be recognized for my efforts as a new arrival in the mobile industry. Throughout my career, I've combined proven marketing strategies with emerging tools to allow brands to reach audiences in new and exciting ways, and I look forward to doing the same in mobile marketing for Mogreet in 2013."

At Mogreet, Ehrlich leads marketing efforts surrounding the company's proprietary technology platform used by such clients as Bloomingdale's, Charlotte Russe, Colgate, Fox and Gymboree. Leveraging MMS, SMS, mobile video and other digital tools, Ehrlich helps brands understand how messaging can build loyal mobil subscriber databases, driving higher retention, increased purchasing and stronger loyalty among target audiences.

"Serena has been a huge asset for us, bringing her expertise in social media and consumer behavior marketing to engage audiences in the mobile sphere," said James Citron, CEO and co-founder of Mogreet. "It is gratifying to not only see her work in establishing MMS as an optimal channel for brands appreciated at Mogreet, but by the marketing community at large."

Ehrlich has a unique perspective on the future of mobile marketing, having implemented social media strategies for startups, Fortune 500, and public and private companies. As executive director at Attention, Ehrlich opened and managed the Los Angeles office and oversaw programs for such brands as Mattel. Ehrlich was also associate vice president, eMedia at Rogers & Cowan, where she led local, national and international social media campaigns for Kraft, Kohl's, Avon and more. Ehrlich also serves on the board of directors of National Investor Relations Institute's Los Angeles chapter and is a co-founding board member of Social Media Club, and continues to serve as head of membership for the international association, as well as president of the Social Media Club's Los Angeles chapter.
