Social Solutions, Inc. Cited as a Leader in the Field of Youth Services Performance Management

BALTIMORE, Dec. 17, 2012 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Social Solutions, the leading provider of performance management software for human and social services, has been cited by the American Youth Policy Forum (AYPF) as a leader in the field of youth services performance management.

In AYPF's December 2012 report, Beyond the Numbers: Data Use for Continuous Improvement of Programs Serving Disconnected Youth, AYPF examines how three of the country's leading youth services providers use data and Social Solutions' Efforts to Outcomes (ETO(TM)) software to manage program performance. The report profiles Roca, Our Piece of the Pie, Inc., and the Diploma Plus National Network and how each has been able to enhance its program model and have greater impact on the youth it serves through use of ETO software.

Additionally, Social Solutions is recognized for its deep knowledge of the human services field. "Given that many programs in the field have implemented this platform, the three profiled organizations reported that Social Solutions' knowledge of the field proved useful in the customization process, providing a cost saving measure for programs without deep data knowledge," the report states (p. 36). Download the full AYPF report here.

A webinar featuring members of the three profiled service providers will be held Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at 2 pm ET. During the webinar, key findings from the report will be discussed. Click here to register.

The American Youth Policy Forum works to broaden the awareness and understanding of policy makers and to strengthen the youth policy making process by bridging policy, practice and research. AYPF identifies the most pertinent high-quality information on youth issues available and providing a forum for prominent leaders in government, programming, and research, as well as the youth themselves, to share their viewpoints and expertise about the policies and practices that improve outcomes for all youth.

Baltimore-based Social Solutions is the leading provider of performance management software for human services, connecting efforts to outcomes, people to social services, and service providers and communities to funders. The company's Efforts to Outcomes software goes beyond case management, and enables public, private, and nonprofit organizations to collaborate, save time, and improve service quality and effectiveness. Thousands of service providers, collaboratives, funders, evaluators, and government organizations use ETO software as they work with over 12 million participants each day.
