Transamerica Retirement Services Honored for Communications Excellence by Mutual Fund Education Alliance

Transamerica Retirement Services announced today that it received six STAR (News - Alert) Awards for communications at the Mutual Fund Education Alliance's (MFEA) annual awards ceremony, recently held in Chicago, Illinois.

Each year, the MFEA, a national trade association for mutual fund marketers and distributors, recognizes the best marketing and communications campaigns tailored to shareholders, advisors, plan participants and the investing public. Winners receive awards for communications in Retail, Advisor and Plan Participant categories.

Individual winners are presented STAR Awards for Excellence in specific categories for marketing and communications efforts tailored to key audience groups. The highest honors, Overall STAR Awards, are then presented to companies for outstanding achievement in their overall efforts, engaging different key audiences based on assets under management.
